Letty Sharpe is a queer, neurodivergent author from the North-East of England, where she lives with her demon cockapoo, Daisy. By day, she teaches English to secondary students. She loves to write immersive fantasy stories where magic is found in the least likely of places.

In 2024, Sharpe was awarded the Northern Debut Award for Young Adult Fiction at the Northern Writers’ Award, recognising her fresh voice and imaginative storytelling. She is committed to writing books that not only entertain but also showcase identities historically forgotten in mainstream fantasy.

When not writing, Sharpe can be found trawling the TikTok tags of her favourite ships and trying to outwit Daisy, who is surprisingly mischievous for a dog with a single brain cell.
